I've been having problems getting the suwrah's to show in questions including them on tests. They only show after I've already submitted the test after it's been corrected.
Also problems with audio files on tests. They don't show up at my e-mail address until much later than when I send for them.
In both cases they leave me guessing the answers on the tests which leads me to lower scores.
Please help.
