Close the year with our Monthly Burda Circle closing session, in which we recite and seek understanding of the beautiful closing chapters of the Mantle Adorned: Imam Busiri.

Chapter Nine and Ten: The Prophet’s Intercession and Closing Call to Allah

This month, Shaykh Faraz and Ustadh Mustafa will lead us in reciting and explanation of Chapters Nine and Ten of the Burda:

The Prophet’s Intercession and Closing Call to Allah.

These chapters contain some of the most poignant expressions of solid attachment to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and intense turning to Allah in supplication.

Some verses in these chapters have been deemed “problematic” by some. Shaykh Faraz will share those verses’ clear, mainstream understanding and beauty.

Ustadh Mustaza Azzawi, a world-famous Islamic artist (munshid), will lead the recitation of the Burda.

This is a family-friendly event. Come, and bring your family and friends.

(Like all SeekersGuidance Canada events, it is free.)
